Anna Roschova Chairperson of the Prag Parliamentary Immunity Committee, said that Miroslav Sladek (Leader of the Republican Party. SPR-RSC) was the subject of a diciplinary action for his obvious racist statement swhich he made at a meeting which was discussing a speach made by Vaclav Klaus (Minister President) in July. During the debate Sladek said "That Roma should be made criminally Liable from the very day they are born as their actual birth is their bigest crime".Sladek claimed that he had heard these statements in public and that they were common place.
