In the opinion of the Roma Union Frankfurt the Court discharge of Erich Priebke (former SS Hauptsturmführers) in Italy, was little less than a free charter for arsonists and all forms of idealogical racismand that the judgement turned a henious unlawful crime into a lawful act and which was a shameful affront to the families who survived the Nazi Holocaust.The spokesman from the Frankfurt Roma Union exclaimed, itis impossible to understand why Priebke was discharged of the crimes committed in Italy, especially when he admitted his participationand this under the ruse of THE STATUTE OF LIMITATION????
