``Rambo``, Sex And Beatings in Police Station

An investigation has been undertaken with regard to a shift-leadera 40 year old Hauptkommisar with the nick-name ``Rambo``. According to Staatsanwalt

( public prosecutor ), ``Rambo`` is suspected of ordering the mistreatment of suspects in police custody. A second case in Munich District, police are having to sit out accusations of mistreatingan asylum applicant. According to police spokesman Richert Scherre Hauptkommisar ``Rambo`` was suspended from duty in July 1995. Information from Oberstatsanwalt ( chief public prosecutor ) Manfred Wick said that accusations involve: coercion, grevious-body-harm, sexual-molestation and compelling witnesses to making false statements. Hauptkommisar ``Rambo`` is alleged to have ordered a colleague to beat an accused. The colleague refused. Said Wick the second case is also the subject of a police investigation, but with very little success.
