Tribunal Against Discriminating Refugee Policies

Human-rights activists raised serious accusations against Hamburg's refugee policy. A tribunal which sat for three days Lawyers, witnesses, experts and more than 500 guests were present on the first day of the tribune. In an extensive pamphlet the Mayor of Hamburg-Henning Voscherau ( SPD ) Senators, stay officials and individual specialist in the State social department were accused jointly of acting discriminatingly and showing a lack of respect to the dignity, health and the right to social treatment. Resulting from the tribune's examination, it was found that the majority of refugees were sheltered in in in human compounds. A violation against The UN & European Convention of Human Rights. Representatives of the accused departments failed to appearand the Hamburg Senate rejected the accusations of the tribune in January.
