Bosnians who are not Serbs, but originate from the republic of Srpska, can now be deported to Bosnia Herzegovina under certain circumstances. This has been decided by the Berlin administration court in three cases which were published on Monday. Three members of an ethnic Roma group are not able to return to their homes in the Serbian part of Bosnia, but living in the Muslim-Croatia Federation could be expected from them. Although there are registration problems, it is not to be expected their lives would be in immediate danger. Beyond that, they are criminals, and their departure is in the public interest, according to the judgment.
