After a talk with the US Chief Peace Official John Kornblume in Sarajevo on Saturday, the Bosnia President Alija Izetbegovic said that, in view of the planned General Election that the basic conditions forthe election were: Freedom of movement, the return of refugees and the arrest of all accused war-criminals. The citizens of the US donot accept undemocratic conditions in their elections.Kornblume's meeting was in preparation for the coming Bosnian meetingin Geneva on Sunday. Carl Bildt Spokesman from the Chief Coordinators for the civil reconstruction of Bosnia criticised on Sunday, the new wave of prohibition against Roma with acts of violence from Sorbs, Croatian and Moslems, this past two weeks. The refugee help organisation UNHCR reported that the UN refugee buses were prohibited by the Sorbs would be continued forth with. Buses from Croatia or Austria will be used and manned by our own drivers.
