Micheal Friedmann an official of the Central Jewish Council in Germany and Rudko Kawczynski chairman of the Roma National Congress condemmed the Polish right-wing extremest demonstration in the former Auschwitz concentration Camp as an attempt to abuse the camp for current political purposes. About eighty skin-heads marched through the camp which is occupied by Jews and Roma. Friedmann said, `` Death camps such as Auschwitz were constructed to destroy Judaism in Europe and that it was macabre that right-wing radicals use the camp for their own ends. Rudko Kawczynski [RNC] said, in a letter to the Polish Government,`` we were persecuted in Auschwitz, now we are persecuted because of Auschwitz.
