The Hamburg City Attorney has charged US Neo-Nazi Gary Lex Lauck with 38 instances of stirring up hate and publishing racists propaganda material. Lauck is considered to be one of the worlds most dangerous Neo-Nazi. An international summons for his arrest has been in force for a long time which culminated in a successful arrest in Denmark in March. Followed by extra diction to German in September. Accused of being a member of unconstitutional organisations using and propagating Nazi Signs and violence is now awaiting a trial and is imprisoned on remand.For ten years prosecution powers have searched for this most dangerous Neo-Nazi who had during the time of his freedom sent to politicians,NSDAP/AO unsolicited propaganda material. The RNC too received this material and sued its sender.The Prosecution were aware that Lauck was the so-called, leader of the ( Nationalsozialistischen Deutschen Arbeiter Partei, Auslands-und Aufbauorganisation ) NSDAP-AO and that he was the publisher of right-wing-extremist pamphlets such as: SS Race Science, Nazi Guide-Lines for Husband Choice, in which Jews were defamed among others as parasites of mankind.
