Karl Bildt the official responsible for the rebuilding of Sarajevo, opended a Human Rights centre , which is designed to coordinated the work of all organisations in the future. Bildt said a control of Human Rights was eminently important for the repatriation of refugeesas well as for free elections. The centre is subordinated to the civil-coordinator who has to report on regular basis on the current situation.
