For traditional pigrimage of Roma on saturday about of 15.000 people travelled to the place Les Saintes Maries de la Mer in south of France. About 7.000 Roma and Sinti came from all parts of Europe, mainly from Spain, Germany and Romania, as organizers reported. They accompanied the statue of the patron saint, the Black Sara, through the coastal village in Carmargue. On Sunday there was a procession to the beach and the blessing of statues on boats.
