The prison sentence was postponed for 5 of the defendants to probation. 3 women are restricted from entering Prague for 4 years , ctk said. ``One was expelled from country``. The trial took place with strong security precautions. However, some relatives of the defendants had to be expelled from the Court room due to the loud protests. Typical! Nazis who beat people to death get a probationary sentence in contrast to the 4 years prison sentences that the Rom suffered without any formal evidence. This situation is typical of the present Czech Republic which has repeatedly come to the attention of the international community. The Czech Government passed a law depriving some 70.000 Roma of their Nationality, thus making them stateless over night. Repeatedly, international Human rights organisations have protested and accused the Czech Government of racist more than 450 cases of racism against Roma were registered. The Roma Human Rights campaigner Ondre Gina says: More than 90% of the Roma are unemployed, suffer bad health such as TB, Liver conditions and other illnesses.
