Romani Rose leader of the Central Committee Sinti and Roma Germany, in a meeting with the Bundesrat (Upper-House Parliament) President Teufel, demanded that an additional law should be written into the civil-service rules which would forbid the discrimination by civil servants against Sinti & Roma and the public contacts with individual States should be made, that give the Sinti & Roma the same rights the Jewish community in Germany have. Further, Rose demanded the ratification of the European - Charter of minority language group for Romanes.
